Project and platform role
ARTOPIA is currently an information and project website for the planned restart of a digital art, culture and booking platform. Registrations, user accounts, binding bookings, payment processing and publicly adjustable ratings are not yet activated in this version.
In a later platform stage, ARTOPIA will bring together artists, organizers, agencies and creative places. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ARTOPIA acts as a mediation and communication platform. Contracts for appearances or other services are generally concluded between the users involved.
Liability for content and external links
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with general laws. If specific legal violations become known, the affected content will be checked and, if necessary, removed.
The respective provider is responsible for the content of external websites that are only linked to. Permanent control of the content of external links is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation.
As soon as users can publish their own profiles, media or offers, they remain responsible for this content and the rights required for it. Notices of possible legal violations can be sent to the above contact address.
Copyright, trademarks and archival material
Texts, design, logo, historical ARTOPIA graphics and our own media are subject to copyright and trademark law. Third-party content remains the property of the respective rights holders. Any use outside of statutory permissions requires prior consent.
The website shows original ARTOPIA brand motifs as well as a curated selection of historical event photos without naming the people depicted. Further archive material will only be published after viewing and checking rights. Persons depicted, copyright holders and former contributors can request review, correction or removal via post@artopia.de initiate.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are currently not obliged or willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The former European platform for online dispute resolution has been discontinued. A link to this platform is therefore no longer provided.
